What do you love most about working at bensons for beds?

The flexible working hours/ hybrid working really help with work life balance, which is great for me as I get to spend quality time with my family. The people in the team that I work with are great too! We have a great balance of working hard and having fun!

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

As cheesy as it sounds, I like the responsibility of making sure everyone is paid correctly and on time.

What is your bed time routine?

I go to bed way too late and drink too much coffee haha!

What development have you received whilst working at bensons for beds?

I have learnt lots of new payroll skills, manual calcs, sending BACS, advanced Excel skills, pension knowledge etc. I am soon to enrol onto a payroll apprenticeship to further advance my payroll knowledge.

What one piece of advice would you give someone starting a new career with bensons for beds?

Bensons for Beds has changed a lot over the last few years and there is a clear vision now and the people in the team are great. If you are willing to put in the work then Bensons is a great place to work.
