What do you love most about working at bensons for beds?

The people have been amazing so welcoming and friendly but also the business is so interesting. Forward thinking, dynamic and caring

 What gets you out of bed in the morning?

I love everything peopley!! I get satisfaction from supporting, guiding and making a difference for people in ensuring our colleagues voices and the business are heard and is key to my role

What is your bedtime routine?

It is a standing joke within my household that I am very much an early to bed person and is often questioned if we have a late night how I will cope! Lol. but do like to read prior to winddown

What development have you received whilst working at bensons for beds?

I have learnt so much about beds and sleep which has been really interesting but helps me within my role to understand the business and how I can have influence. I have also been learning about trade and impacts which are quite different from the world I have come from

What one piece of advice would you give someone starting a new career with bensons for beds?

Embrace the initial onboarding period and enjoy meeting wonderful people and be safe in the knowledge that you will be supported and encourage to the best version of yourself
