Reward and Process - Systems Improvement & Development Manager – People Team

Hi,

I'm Danielle, I work in the People Team here at Bensons for Beds. 

And yes - that is a Bensons Purple Dressing Gown!

I joined the team back in 2024, working as the Shared Services and Rewards Manager, but have recently stepped into a secondment to work on updating our People Systems, whilst retaining Rewards and Benefits. It's been a really exciting (if challenging) move!

Our new recruitment platform (yes - this one!) is the first project I've worked on, along with some marvellous internal talent, and I have to say I'm really proud of what we've delivered, and we hope you like it too!

The thing I love most about working at Bensons is definitely the people I've met along the way... Day to day, you can see see colleagues across the whole business striving to build an even better Bensons, with the guidance and support of a fantastic leadership team.

We can trace our heritage and expertise back almost 150 years, and I'm really proud to be part of what comes next (although sadly I'll not be around to celebrate the next 150!)

If you're thinking of joining us on the journey, go for it... I can honestly say I've never looked back!
