Are you a passionate advocate for ethical business and environmental stewardship? We are seeking a proactive and collaborative professional to join our team, helping to champion compliance, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. As our Compliance and Sustainability Advisor, you will work across departments to monitor regulatory requirements, promote sustainable best practices, ensure industry leading compliance and support our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) agenda. This vital role will empower you to influence our future success, helping us meet the needs of customers, colleagues, communities, and the planet.
Key Duties: Compliance, Sustainability Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Act as the subject matter expert for compliance and sustainability, offering up-to-date guidance on relevant regulations, ethical standards, and sustainability frameworks.
- Monitor, assess, and ensure business-wide compliance with key legislation, including environmental, product, and employment standards.
- Develop, implement and champion sustainability policies, supporting effective resource use, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing across all operations.
- Lead the coordination of ESG reporting, data collection, and communication of results to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with leaders, teams and supply chains to raise awareness, upskill colleagues, and drive initiatives that deliver meaningful environmental and social impact.
- Support the investigation and remediation of compliance issues, working constructively to put preventative measures in place.
- Keep informed of emerging sustainability trends, proposing innovative solutions that align with our company’s vision and values.
- Contribute to our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion within all relevant compliance and sustainability practices.

- Knowledge of audit methodologies, compliance frameworks and ISO standards ISO 9001, ISO14001 would be desirable
