As part of our succession planning programme, you’ll receive comprehensive support and mentorship, plus hands-on responsibility preparing you to step into a multi-site leadership role.

Key Responsibilities in Retail Operations Leadership

• Support multiple store teams to deliver consistent, exceptional customer experiences and service levels.
• Champion operational excellence, ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety standards.
• Drive commercial performance by working with Store Managers to deliver sales and productivity targets.
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, wellbeing, and growth.
• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, replenishment processes, and shop-floor standards.
• Act as the key point of contact for store leadership, providing direct guidance and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with area and business support teams to deliver on strategic goals.
