Why did you decide to join the business?

I was looking for a role where I could work closely with people and feel like I was genuinely adding value. Bensons for Beds stood out as a business that invests in its people and encourages collaboration across teams.

What do you love most about working at Bensons for Beds?

The people, without a doubt. I speak to colleagues from across the business every day, and as someone who enjoys building connections, that’s a huge highlight for me. Also most importantly, the ability to bring in new colleagues who can add value to Bensons for Beds.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

Honestly, my toddler usually has that covered... 6am wake up calls, i don't even need to set an alarm! But on a deeper level, it’s about wanting to provide him with the best life possible and being proud of the work I do each day.

What is your bedtime routine?

After putting my son to bed, I usually switch off with a bit of TV before heading to bed myself.. no later than 11pm!

What development have you received whilst working at Bensons for Beds?

Working within a supportive team that has clear goals has helped me develop strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills, as well as giving me the trust to get on with the job.
