Bensons came along at just the right time for me, when there were a lot of changes happening in my life. The recruitment experience I had at Bensons showed me that this was a place that didn’t just want me to succeed in my job, but in my life as well, and would give me the support that I needed to do both.

What do you love most about working at bensons for beds?

That I can do what works or try new things without having to get approval from ten other people, the trust that is placed in me to do my job well, and to be the SME for my own areas of responsibility.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

Finding the right person for a job can change a store or company but finding the right job for someone can change their life and put them onto a path that will guide the rest of their career. That’s both a huge responsibility and an incredible honour.

What development have you received whilst working at bensons for beds?

I’ve had opportunities to work on projects that give me the chance to explore more of my technical skill outside of my BAU, and I know that I can explore our catalogue of professional courses when I feel that the time is right for me.
