Sales Consutlant
As a Sales Consultant in our local store, you’ll use your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers to advise on Sleep wellness™ and our range of sleep solutions. We’ll provide comprehensive training on our products and sales approach, including our sleepPRO™ technology, so you can confidently guide customers towards the best solution for their needs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll be part of a friendly store team responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the store looks fresh and inviting. This role requires flexibility to work peak trade hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, which is where you’ll have the opportunity to maximise earnings through our uncapped commission structure. We’ll ensure you get time off in lieu for weekend hours worked and there may be opportunities for overtime.
What you’ll be doing:
Greet customers, build rapport and identify their sleep needs through active listening and questioning
Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits and sleepPRO™ technology to help customers make informed choices
Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and excellent customer service
Process transactions accurately, handle payments and complete till procedures at point of sale
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and keep the sales floor clean, tidy and well presented
Support stock replenishment, receive deliveries and assist with stockroom organisation as required
Work flexibly across store shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
The skills and qualities we’re looking for:
Friendly and approachable with strong communication and listening skills
Customer-focused and motivated to deliver outstanding service
Target-driven with the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities
Adaptable team player who can support colleagues and contribute to store success
Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail for transactions and merchandising
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided
