What you’ll be doing as a Production Operative

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on the production line
• Assembling, packing, and quality checking products in line with company standards
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for all colleagues
• Completing routine checks and maintaining clean, tidy working areas
• Supporting your team members and working collaboratively to hit production targets
• Troubleshooting minor production issues and reporting faults promptly

What we’re looking for in our Manufacturing Production Operatives

• No previous experience needed – full training provided
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling manual tasks
• Ability to work flexibly, including shift work, weekends, and overtime if required
• Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
