As a Sales Consultant in your local store, your product knowledge and ability to engage with customers will help them discover Sleep wellness™ and choose the right sleep products for their needs, delivering a perfect night’s sleep with the support of our unique sleepPRO™ technology. We provide full training on products, processes and customer care so you can get up to speed quickly and feel confident on the shop floor.
You’ll spend time assisting customers, advising on product features and benefits, and demonstrating how our ranges support better sleep. You’ll also play a hands-on role in keeping the store looking its best — merchandising, tidying and replenishing stock to create an inviting shopping environment that showcases our products.
Our busiest times are evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and these are prime opportunities to maximise earnings through our uncapped commission scheme. Availability to work during peak trading hours is essential, and we’ll ensure you’re rewarded for weekend work with time off in lieu when required. Overtime may also be available at times.
What we’re dreaming of seeing:
We’re seeking friendly, driven Sales Consultants who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll need to listen to customers, quickly understand their needs and recommend the right solutions — using a consultative approach that puts the customer first. A positive ‘can do’ attitude, strong communication skills and the confidence to spot sales opportunities are important.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential; what matters most is your ability to build rapport, remain resilient in a busy environment and be resourceful when solving customer queries. We want people who are eager to learn, open to feedback and willing to try new ideas to help the store succeed.
