We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team, where your product knowledge and ability to connect with customers will help guide them towards the right solutions for a great night’s sleep. With our comprehensive training programme, you’ll quickly become an expert in our products and sales approach, providing every customer with a truly positive experience.
Sales Consultant Role – Customer Engagement & Sales Excellence
- Welcome and engage customers in-store, offering expert advice on sleep wellness and our exclusive product range, including the latest sleep technology.
- Use your listening and communication skills to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions for beds, mattresses, and accessories.
- Strive to exceed individual and team sales targets through genuine interactions, product expertise, and exceptional customer care.
- Deliver a seamless, memorable shopping experience that reflects our brand values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Help maintain a clean, inviting store environment, taking pride in merchandising, replenishment, and operational standards.
- Utilise sales systems and tools confidently (full training provided) to support the sales process and customer journey.
- Contribute positively as a team member, supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and celebrating each other’s success.
Skills & Experience – What Makes a Great Sales Consultant?
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role is desirable, but not essential – we offer full training.
- Confident, approachable communicator who enjoys building rapport with customers from all backgrounds, with a customer-first attitude.
- Motivated, results-orientated, and adaptable – able to spot new sales opportunities and handle different customer situations comfortably.
- Reliable team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and achieving sales targets in the right way.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays during our peak trading hours (overtime opportunities available).
- Organised, proactive, and open to trying new approaches to enhance personal and store performance.
