Customer Engagement and Sales Excellence – What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide memorable customer experiences by offering a friendly welcome and listening carefully to each individual’s needs.
- Guide customers through their retail journey, sharing honest advice and knowledgeable suggestions to help them make the best choices.
- Use our advanced product-matching technology and in-store tools to deliver engaging, informative demonstrations.
- Work closely with your team to achieve store sales targets, always keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.
- Assist with every aspect of store operations, from assisting customers to maintaining displays and ensuring a clean, inviting atmosphere.
- Tackle customer queries, feedback, and challenges with a positive attitude, leaving every customer satisfied.
Retail Sales Experience and Customer Service Skills
- Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience is an advantage – especially where you’ve empowered customers to make confident decisions.
- Excellent verbal communication – you’re natural at building rapport, explaining products, and really listening to what matters to each customer.
- Adaptable and proactive, able to support busy trading periods and quieter times with equal enthusiasm.
- Competence with point-of-sale systems and using technology to support the customer shopping experience.
- A positive, ‘can do’ approach – open to learning new skills and working with your team for collective success.
