Customer Service and Assisted Sales – What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting every visitor and understanding their unique needs.
- Guide customers through their buying journey, offering honest advice and expert product knowledge to help them make choices that suit them perfectly.
- Use our innovative sleepPRO™ technology and store tools to create an informative and engaging shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store sales targets while always keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- Support all aspects of the store – from serving and demonstrating products, to keeping displays tidy and the store environment inviting.
- Handle queries, feedback, and issues positively, ensuring our customers always leave with a smile.
Key Retail Experience and Sales Skills
- Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience is desirable – especially where you’ve helped customers make confident buying decisions.
- Excellent communication skills: You can naturally build rapport with people, explain products clearly, and listen to what makes each customer unique.
- Comfortable working in a variable store environment – supporting both busy peak hours and quieter periods in a flexible, positive way.
- Confident using point-of-sale systems and technology to assist customers throughout their visit.
- A ‘can do’ approach – willingness to get stuck in, learn new things, and help your team achieve success together.
