What do you love most about working at bensons for beds?

THE PEOPLE!!!

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

I enjoy the interactions with colleagues, problem solving and building those work place relationships.

What is your bed time routine?

I’m always in bed early with a good book…. the book doesn’t get picked up as I’m usually doom scrolling for 2-3 hours but at least the bed I’m doom scrolling in is comfy !!!

How do you feel working at bensons for beds has helped you in your personal life ?

I’ve found working here has made me more confident, regardless of age and position, everyone’s opinion is valued and heard. The benefits are great and have been really helpful through multiple tough times in my life whilst employed with Bensons.

What one piece of advice would you give someone starting a new career with bensons for beds?

Be yourself and don’t be afraid to speak up, shared ideas, make suggestions and offer improvements, no suggestion will be ignored and they will always be well receive.
