Why did you decide to join the business?

I loved the idea of combining many years of retail experience in stores with a desire to share my knowledge to help others develop. Bensons has such a great heritage and it seemed a perfect fit.

What do you love most about working at bensons for beds?

Without a doubt – the people here and the focus of working together to bring our best selves to work every day and get even better.

Why do you do the job that you do? What gets you out of bed in the morning?

I have always worked in retail sales roles and nothing excites me more than helping others be the best they can be.

What is your bedtime routine?

Good movie with some healthy snacks whilst cuddling up with my dogs. Who knows , even a cheeky little glass of red wine too ! Then the perfect night’s sleep on my Benson’s mattress.

What development have you received whilst working at bensons for beds?

So much support from everyone I meet. Truly going out of their way to help and what a huge catalogue of learning we have also. There’s always someone available to help me improve.

What one piece of advice would you give someone starting a new career with bensons for beds?
