Why did you decide to join the business?

The enthusiasm of the people at Bensons stood-out immediately to me, the desire to serve our customers and to work together really sold Bensons to me.

What do you love most about working at bensons for beds?

The way the business comes together when it really needs to in order to deliver change and look after our customers.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

I love being part of change and transformation, constantly driving to improve the business and making a positive impact on people both inside and outside the organisation.

What is your bed time routine?

After watching an episode or two of the current TV series of choice or whatever live sport is on with my (now) grown-up family I like to take the dog out for a little walk and fresh air before retiring to bed to read a few pages of whatever book I have on the go.

What development have you received whilst working at bensons for beds?

A few years ago I was mentored by an old boss of mine here at Bensons, I still use a lot of the advice I received.

How do you feel working at bensons for beds has helped you in your personal?

There are always a lot of things going on in IT which need prioritising and my diary is rarely free, but the flexible working arrangements really support having a true work/life balance.
