Why did you decide to join the business?

Bensons are a brand building back from some tough times are doing so through driving the right culture across the business, that excites me and aligns with my values.

What do you love most about working at bensons for beds?

I get to sleep in store…only joking, I love the energy and passion that our teams have for ensuring our customers get a better night sleep.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

My ‘why’ is both to give my children a stable and happy life and also the feeling I get from supporting my team and encouraging them to be the best they can be.

What is your bed time routine?

I’m an early riser, out of bed at 5am so from around 9:30pm I start to wind down my switching off the ‘blue light’ and getting myself ready for a good quality slee

What development have you received whilst working at bensons for beds?

My leader continually provides coaching and I have my own development plan in place to provide a more targeted growth of my capabilities, so that I can better support my team.

How do you feel working at bensons for beds has helped you in your personal life?

The benefits we receive from Bensons is better than any other company I have ever worked with but the main way Bensons has helped my personal life is in making it a great place to work so that I’m not taking stress back home to my family.
