Key Responsibilities in Customer Service and Delivery

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.

• Assist with the smooth delivery of products to customers, supporting drivers and team members as required.

• Handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the telephone.

• Support the team in managing deliveries, helping with loading, unloading, and checking products.

• Monitor delivery schedules and communicate effectively with the wider team to ensure timely completion.
