Quality & Supplier Manager (Product Lifecycle)
Are you passionate about product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Quality & Supplier Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards from concept to customer.
About the Role
This is a quality-focused, supplier-facing role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring our products are safe, compliant, high-quality, and continuously improving throughout their lifecycle.
You’ll work across the entire product journey from development through to customer use with a strong focus on safety, legality, quality, and packaging enhancements. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and product performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing product quality across the full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Building strong relationships with suppliers and factories to drive improvements in product quality and processes
Using returns data, customer feedback, and internal insights to identify trends and implement improvements
Supporting product testing and ensuring all products meet required performance and safety standards
Handling day-to-day technical and quality issues, working closely with internal teams and global partners
Reviewing factory social and ethical audits, ensuring CAPR processes are accurately followed
Ensuring compliance with Human Rights standards and the Modern Slavery Act, with ongoing monitoring and checks
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reduce returns
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across products, processes, and supplier performance
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a quality-focused role within retail, manufacturing, or supplier environments
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g. British & European Standards, ISO, REACH, UK/EUTR)
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ideally with experience of gated processes
Understanding of product testing standards and methodologies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make confident, data-driven decisions
Experience or understanding of returns analysis and defect resolution (preferred)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
High attention to detail with strong numeracy and IT skills
A passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality products
