Site Operations Leader
Join our operations and fulfilment teams as a Site Operations Leader, taking ownership of the day‑to‑day running of a busy distribution site and ensuring safe, efficient delivery of customer orders. You’ll lead a multi‑disciplinary team across operations, logistics and facilities to meet service, quality and cost targets. Full training and support will be provided so you can quickly become familiar with our systems, processes and ways of working, and make an immediate contribution.
Day‑to‑day you’ll be hands‑on managing people, schedules and workflows to maintain throughput and on‑time delivery. You’ll monitor operational performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives, using data to prioritise actions and optimise resource allocation. You’ll be accountable for health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company procedures, and for fostering a culture of safe working and operational excellence.
The role requires close collaboration with inventory, customer service, commercial and tech teams to resolve issues, support peak trading activity and deliver campaign launches. You’ll manage contractor relationships, oversee site maintenance and ensure stock accuracy through robust processes. Flexibility to support evenings, weekends and peak trading windows will be required. We value healthy work–life balance and aim to be fair with working patterns where possible, while recognising the need to support the business during key trading moments.
What we’re dreaming of seeing:

Ideally you’ll have experience managing operations in a warehouse, distribution or retail fulfilment environment, with a proven track record of hitting operational targets and improving processes. You should be familiar with workforce planning, basic logistics systems (WMS or similar), performance reporting and KPI management. Knowledge of health and safety legislation, audits and risk assessments is essential. Strong communication skills are important, as you’ll work with colleagues across functions and report performance and improvement plans to senior stakeholders.
