Key Responsibilities in Customer Delivery and Service

• Deliver beds, mattresses, and furniture with care and attention directly to customers’ homes
• Assemble and install items in the customer’s room of choice, ensuring customer satisfaction before you leave
• Provide a friendly, engaging and professional service at all times: you are the face of our business on the doorstep
• Work collaboratively as part of a two-person delivery team
• Carefully use a PDA to record accurate delivery information and complete all necessary paperwork
• Drive responsibly, carry out routine vehicle checks and uphold high maintenance standards

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Valid UK Cat C1 driving licence (7.5t), plus a current CPC DQ card and digital tachograph card
• Proven commercial driving experience in a 7.5 tonne vehicle
• Experience using digital tachographs and understanding of EU driver legislation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service
• Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy furniture items in line with manual handling procedures
• Experience using a PDA is desirable, but not essential
• Aged 21 years or over (insurance requirement)
