Stock Controller | Tewkesbury | £28,080 

Are you a Stock Controller with experience of warehousing and continuous improvement?

As a Stock Controller you will ensure our high standard across inventory accuracy levels and stock quality are maintained, whilst also working to improve our operation and customer metrics.

So, what will you do?

• Support a culture of Safety First.
• Complete Perpetual Inventory (PI) cycles within agreed SLAs and investigate discrepancies.
• Resolve issues from key system reports, including reallocations, stock discrepancies, and "sin bin" items.
• Coordinate the clearance and management of unwanted stock, acting as the main point of contact.
• Investigate and resolve F3/Nil Picks/TOR trends.
• Maintain accurate warehouse location maps and ensure alignment with physical stock.
• Support team meetings and maintain open, honest communication, both internally and with other stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Able to analyse data to identify operational trends and issues
