Internal Communications Executive

We’re looking for a creative and engaging Internal Communications Executive to join our team and help bring our people, products, and values to life through memorable, impactful communications.

What you’ll be doing:

- Owning and managing the Bensons intranet as the go-to hub for key updates and resources.

- Creating, editing, and publishing compelling content across newsletters, intranet, video, and events.

- Filming and producing short-form video content for internal campaigns and LinkedIn.

-Coordinating the annual communications calendar, ensuring timely and relevant messages.

-Supporting the delivery of virtual events and campaigns across the business.

-Managing the Communications inbox, handling requests and maintaining distribution lists.

-Providing admin and logistics support, including reports, presentations, and campaign summaries.

-Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring every message reflects our tone of voice and values.

What you’ll bring to the sleepover:

-A natural storyteller with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

-Confidence with video filming and editing (bonus if you’ve created content for LinkedIn, TikTok, or Instagram).

- Experience using digital comms tools (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage).

-Strong organisation skills — able to juggle priorities and deadlines with ease.

-Great at building relationships, listening, and collaborating across teams.

-At least 1 year’s experience in a busy communications team, ideally within a multi-site business.

- A degree in Communications, Media, or similar would be great, but your skills and creativity matter most.
