Warehouse Operative Role – Logistic Operations & Teamwork
- Support the smooth running of our warehouse by accurately receiving, unloading, sorting, and storing incoming deliveries.
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch, following safety guidelines and customer requirements precisely.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve warehouse targets, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every step.
- Handle all products and equipment with care, carrying out regular checks to maintain stock quality and safe storage.
- Use warehouse technology and manual handling equipment confidently after full training.
- Contribute to a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment, upholding housekeeping and health & safety standards.
- Support with regular stock checks and help resolve discrepancies to achieve the best possible accuracy for our customers and stores.
Warehouse & Distribution Experience – What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or goods-in/goods-out role is useful, but not essential – we provide full training and support.
- Good communication skills – able to follow instructions, ask questions when unsure, and work confidently in a team.
- Caring and attentive to details – takes pride in completing tasks correctly and looking out for the safety of yourself and others.
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving a variety of products safely as part of a team (manual handling training provided).
- Flexible and adaptable; willing to support where needed to ensure all targets and deadlines are met.
- Basic IT skills or willingness to learn to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
